01 Introduction

Welcome to OxGame ("OxGame", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("you", "the User" or "the Player"), and OxGame with respect to your use of the website located at oxgame.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets and features made available through it.

OxGame is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games and related gaming content. The Platform is intended exclusively for adult users who voluntarily choose to participate and who are legally permitted to do so under the laws of their jurisdiction.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any wager on OxGame, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

02 Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context permits, singular forms include the plural and vice versa.

Term	Meaning
Account	The personal user account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
Balance	The aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
Bonus Funds	Credits awarded to a User's Account as part of a promotion, which are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to real-money funds.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
Platform	The OxGame website, mobile site and all associated services available at oxgame.cam.
Wager / Bet	Any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game, live dealer game or other betting product available on the Platform.
Wagering Requirement	The cumulative turnover a User must generate before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
PKR	Pakistani Rupee — the currency denomination used for illustrative monetary references in these Terms. Actual account currency is subject to Platform configuration.

03 Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an Account on OxGame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Registration by individuals under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. OxGame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must confirm that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. OxGame makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period applied by OxGame or any other operator you have notified OxGame of.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own legal identity. Accounts may not be created on behalf of, or transferred to, any third party.

04 Account Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and residential address. You undertake to promptly update this information should it change at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified OxGame of a security breach or unauthorised access.

OxGame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account security settings. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan — particularly those connecting from public networks in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or other major cities — are advised to take additional precautions given the prevalence of public Wi-Fi security vulnerabilities.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact OxGame support immediately via the live chat or Help Center available within the Platform. OxGame shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

05 KYC & Identity Verification

OxGame operates in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, OxGame requires Users to complete identity verification by submitting satisfactory documentation.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within three months).
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
• Source of Funds: In cases where deposits or withdrawal amounts exceed applicable thresholds, OxGame may request documentation confirming the source of funds, consistent with AML obligations.

5.2 Processing

OxGame will endeavour to complete KYC review within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of complete documentation. Withdrawal processing will remain suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. OxGame reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to suspend Account activity during the verification process.

06 Terms of Use

By accessing and using OxGame, you agree to comply with the following usage conditions at all times:

• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, advantage play, arbitrage betting or any activity that OxGame determines to constitute fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• You must not use automated bots, scripts, crawlers or any other mechanical means to access, scrape or exploit the Platform or its betting markets.
• You must not access or attempt to access the accounts of other users, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• You must not transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content through any communication feature of the Platform.
• You must use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in good faith.
• You must keep your Account credentials secure and notify OxGame immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access.

Breach of any of the above usage conditions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance (subject to applicable legal requirements), and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on OxGame are subject to acceptance by the Platform. OxGame reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases of pricing error, technical fault, market suspension or suspected fraudulent activity. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of an explicit confirmation from the Platform.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. OxGame reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits based on activity profile, risk assessment or responsible gambling grounds.

7.3 Market Settlement

Betting markets are settled in accordance with OxGame's official rules for each sport or game type, which are published within the platform's help and rules section. In the event of a manifest error in settlement — including incorrect scores, incorrect application of rules or system faults — OxGame reserves the right to void or re-settle affected bets. Affected users will be notified with an explanation.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are provided on an as-available basis. OxGame is not responsible for delays in data feeds from third-party sports data providers. Any wager placed on a market that has already been settled, or where the actual game state at the time of placement materially differs from the displayed game state due to data latency, may be voided.

7.5 PSL and Cricket Markets

OxGame offers markets on Pakistan Super League matches, ICC World Cup tournaments, bilateral Test and T20 series and other cricket events. Settlement of cricket markets follows standard cricket rules including DLS method application for rain-affected matches and official ICC/governing-body results. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of settlement date.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

OxGame offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral credits, cashback and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published at the time of each promotion. These general provisions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before conversion to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. A common example structure would be 30x–50x the bonus amount, though actual requirements vary per promotion.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sports betting. Contribution rates per game category are published in promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified promotional validity period, typically 7–30 days from activation.
• Withdrawal Prior to Completion: Requesting a withdrawal while a Bonus is active and outstanding wagering requirements remain may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse: OxGame reserves the right to withhold or void any Bonus, and to close an Account, where it determines that a User has abused a promotional offer, including through multi-accounting, use of arbitrage strategies, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures.

09 Deposits & Withdrawals

9.1 Deposits

Users may fund their Account using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier prior to transaction initiation. It is the User's responsibility to verify that their chosen payment provider permits the transaction under its own terms of service.

For reference, familiar Pakistani payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (accessible through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others), standard bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) where supported. Their mention here is for contextual reference only — OxGame makes no representation that any named payment provider formally supports or endorses online gambling transactions. Users must independently verify provider terms.

9.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (i) completion of applicable KYC verification; (ii) satisfaction of any active wagering requirements; (iii) compliance with minimum withdrawal limits; and (iv) the availability of the requested withdrawal method in the cashier. OxGame processes withdrawals using the same payment method as the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible.

9.3 Processing Times

Processing timelines depend on the payment method and OxGame's internal review procedures. OxGame does not guarantee specific processing windows, as timelines can be affected by third-party payment provider operations, KYC completion status and the volume of pending requests. Users should check the cashier for estimated timelines at the time of request.

9.4 Refused or Returned Transactions

OxGame reserves the right to refuse, reverse or delay a deposit or withdrawal at its discretion, including where a transaction is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, OxGame will notify the User where legally permissible.

10 Responsible Gambling

OxGame is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or covering financial obligations.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in their Account settings. Decreases apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Configurable reminders show session duration and net position at intervals chosen by the User.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion directly from Account settings. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Underage Gambling: OxGame prohibits access by anyone under the applicable minimum age. Parental controls and internet filtering tools are recommended for households where minors have access to devices.

11 Privacy & Data

OxGame collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention and service delivery. The full scope of OxGame's data processing activities, legal bases, retention periods and User rights is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that KYC documentation, transaction records and betting history may be retained for the duration required by applicable anti-money-laundering legislation, which in many jurisdictions requires retention for a minimum of five years following the end of the business relationship.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the OxGame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, odds displays, design elements and the arrangement thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of OxGame or its licensed content suppliers.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, displayed or commercially exploited in any form without the prior written consent of OxGame. The OxGame name, logo and associated brand identifiers are proprietary to OxGame. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use OxGame's intellectual property for any purpose outside of personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OxGame, its officers, directors, employees, partners, licensors and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill resulting from technical faults, network outages, server downtime, data feed delays or any other Platform disruption;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, refusals or reversals of transactions;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to safeguard Account credentials;
• Any legal, financial or other consequences arising from your decision to access the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit OxGame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

14 Account Termination & Closure

14.1 Termination by OxGame

OxGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the User has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive or dishonest conduct; provided false or misleading registration information; failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or is found to be subject to a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of the Platform.

Upon closure by OxGame for breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account may be forfeited, subject to applicable legal requirements. OxGame will provide a written explanation of closure grounds where legally permissible.

14.2 Closure by User

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting OxGame support via the live chat or Help Center. Prior to closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of pending KYC requirements. Closure does not release the User from any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OxGame is registered and holds its operational license — the specific jurisdiction is disclosed in OxGame's licensing documentation available upon request.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact OxGame support in good faith to seek resolution. OxGame will endeavour to respond to complaints within five business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through direct communication, disputes may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service associated with OxGame's license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

OxGame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.

The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, will always be accessible at oxgame.cam/terms-conditions. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
